High-quality finishing for Primavera Life GmbH

PRIMAVERA has made it its life's work to develop and sustainably produce natural products of exquisite quality in a responsible manner. There is no area in which the company does not have the environment in mind. Of course, this also applies to the packaging concepts for natural products. We are very proud that PRIMAVERA has chosen our ANTONELLA for the new enchanting packaging for the Alles Liebe body butter.

With our state-of-the-art in-house 5-colour screen printing machine, the printing inks are printed on the can in just one production run at five stations in succession. The very fine screen ensures that the illustrations in particular are realised very well and brightly. The innovative screen printing machine is unique in terms of register accuracy and reproducibility and ensures packaging design of the highest quality.

"Among other things, we opted for the jar from HK COSMETIC PACKAGING because it is made entirely of PP and is therefore very easy to recycle. In addition, 52.5% of the ANTONELLA was made from PCR material. In contrast to a glass jar, this variant is above all significantly lighter (not insignificant given the filling quantity) and shatterproof.

We screen print the jar directly, giving it a very high-quality appearance, free from label edges or colour differences. With the latest production, we have also set a new standard for the printed image by working with a finer screen. This means that the illustration in particular can be realised very well and brightly."
